Andrea Saladino
Andrea Saladino (Italy) is an event organizer, artist manager, tour manager, and production manager specializing in live music events. Active in the music industry since 2006, he has managed music venues in Naples, as both owner and artistic director, including George Best Music & Football, Jail, and Sudterranea.
He has also organized numerous festivals, such as Bulbart Festival, We're Mixing the Colours, and Futura Dischi Night. Over the years, he has worked as manager and tour manager for several prominent artists and bands from Naples' independent music scene, including Fitness Forever, La Bestia Carenne, K-Conjog, Capone & Bungt Bangt, Valderrama 5, Foja, and Tarall & Wine. Since 2011, he has served as Artistic Director of Bulbart Label. Since 2017, he has collaborated with Eugenio Bennato, one of Italy's leading figures in world music. Together they organized the 20th anniversary celebration of the Taranta Power movement in Piazza del Plebiscito, Naples, as well as several major festivals, including Musica Identità Rivoluzione and Welcome to Napoli, featuring international guests such as Seun Kuti & Egypt 80 and Bombino. In 2018, he co-founded Futura Dischi with four partners, an independent record label based in Milan and Naples that represents a diverse roster of emerging Italian singer-songwriters.
Since 2023, he has collaborated with Italian World Beat and the Napoli World Showcase Festival as Head of Logistics and Production, playing a key role in the international development of the musical projects and artists he works with. In 2024, together with Paolo Montella, he co-founded Materiale Elettrico, a record label dedicated to electroacoustic music. He is currently working as Executive Producer for projects including Mazzariello (who took part in Italy's most prestigious music festival, Sanremo), Ra di Spina, and Giuseppe Di Taranto. He also organized the concert celebrating the 50th anniversary of the E'Zezi Gruppo Operaio in collaboration with the Municipality of Naples.
